Corrections police title (highly subjective)

Post by silverbadge »

"description of the duties of Correctional Police Officers; overlooks the primary focus of their duties,
which concerns security in the correctional facility setting; and is insufficient to
render the duties of Correctional Police Officers comparable to the law enforcement
duties performed by Sheriff’s Officers and Police Officers for purposes of N.J.A.C.
4A:4-2.3(b)2i "
