Good Morning NJ Officer,
I have been creating and using weekly bodyweight workouts and runs that will aid you in preparation to excel in any New Jersey Police Academy. If you are interested in a week to week, no BS workout(s) send me a PM. Each weeks workouts will progress in difficulty and keep you challenged. You can expect 3-4 HIIT bodyweight workouts and 1-2 runs. The workouts will improve endurance, cardio conditioning, running abilities, strengthen your heart, you will lose weight and ultimately build confidence/have all the guess work removed. Payment can be made via Venmo/PayPal.
